Description
In this paper we introduce a new property of acts over monoids, called U - (P), which is an extension of Condition (P), and give a classification of monoids by this property of their acts, and also when acts with this property imply others. Also we show that regularity and strong faithfulness of acts imply U - (P). An equivalent of that over monoids for which torsion freeness implies U - (P) is given too.
